The water aerobics equipment is provided for every class. You do not have to be a strong swimmer to participate.
This has the same benefits as regular aerobic workouts. Reducing the risk of muscle or joint injury is an advantage of Water Aerobics. By adjusting the size and speed or your movements, you change the level of exertion to suit your needs.
