Adult Aquatics Programs
$5/class or $55/12 classes | Punch passes can be used for any of the adult aquatics programs, available for purchase on the pool deck.
Although classes usually run uninterrupted, please check the calendar below for classes.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11am-12pm
This is a unique class taught by an aqua group fitness and yoga instructor who melds a cardio aqua fitness class and yoga sequencing program that almost anyone can do no matter your fitness level. We will use the water's own resistance and buoyancy as well as some flotation resistance equipment for a great cardio workout and then move to yoga to stretch and relax your body so it feels wonderful at close of class.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30-8:30am
The water aerobics equipment is provided for every class. You do not have to be a strong swimmer to participate.This has the same benefits as regular aerobic workouts. Reducing the risk of muscle or joint injury is an advantage of Water Aerobics. By adjusting the size and speed or your movements, you change the level of exertion to suit your needs.
