Cardio Splash

Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:35-7:35pm

If you really like to move and relieve stress this is a great way to burn calories and have fun too. You will be doing lots of cardio exercises utilizing just the water's resistance and also tone and strengthen your body using resistance flotation equipment. This is a great overall workout with a stretch and flex segment at the close so you will feel refreshed and relaxed after class.
