Each athlete will learn and perform proper techniques to increase overall sports performance. Including Olympic lifting, plyometrics, core training, linear and lateral speed development, and conditioning.
Coach Proc has over 20 years experience working with athletes. Prior to coming to the Island, she spent her coaching years in collegiate and professional sports. She currently runs the Strength and Conditioning Program at HHIHS and has been running the summer program for the last 7 years.
Please bring/wear a t-shirt, shorts, proper training shoes(sneakers), water bottle
$600 for summer, drop in $20/day
