  • Body Sculpt

    In this total body strength you will improve overall strength, muscular endurance and body composition. We will begin each class with a warm-up segment, continue with muscle-specific exercises and abdominal work and finish with a stretch. Improve your body composition and your mood in this feel-good weight training class. Show up in comfortable workout clothes.

  • Core, Balance & Stretch

    Improve your balance, build core strength and feel energized! For everyone who wants to burn calories without increasing the risk of injury or muscle strain.

  • Cycle & Strength

    Combination of Spinning with Glute/Core work off the bike.

  • Dance, Glide, and Tone

    Get stronger and use strategies to maintain balance while moving to Shag music! This is for everyone who wants to easily burn calories while having FUN (you'll even learn beginner line dances). This integrates simple dance moves, weights, bands and gliders. All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Dance Fitness

    This is a type of group fitness class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. Taking part in dance fitness regularly will increase your fitness, transform your body, boost your confidence and ease stress. You'll also pick up some fantastic new moves you can show off when the dance floor calls! Whether you're hoping to lose weight or tone up (or even if you just get bored of doing the same thing too much), you'll get the results you want faster by keeping your body challenged and always guessing. Mix up your reime by doing a few different classes, the more styles you do the more you keep your body on its toes.

  • Fit Fitter Fittest Bootcamp

    Need a push? This high-intensity interval workout will challenge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. No matter what your fitness level is. Incorporating a challenging mix of aerobic, strength training, endurance, agility, calisthenics, free weights and an assortment of equipment (hula hoops and ladders) for a variety of exercises. If you're ready for a fun, rigorous and sweaty workout this is the class for you.

  • Gentle Yoga

    A gentler, slower paced practice incorporating the basic yoga principles of breath and intentional movement. Each class begins with mindful breathwork followed by an elongated warm-up segment, then transitions into a 15-minute slow flow sequence focusing on proper alignment in classic postures. Class concludes with stretching on the mat and of course a 3-5 minute resting "savasana" to gentle music. Please note that the class includes, seated, kneeling and standing positions with modifications offered to assist various limitations.

  • Hatha Yoga (Discipline of Force)

    Practice of physical yoga postures that focuses on static poses and breathing techniques to promote physical strength, physiological health and emotional well being mind-intellect complex in order to understand the true self. The class is adequate for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

  • How to Avoid Falling

    Improve your balance, stand strong, and prevent falls with this strengthening workout so you can feel more confident while moving through daily tasks or playing recreational sports.

  • Off the Ground Yoga

    This isn’t ‘passive chair yoga’ — You’ll experience a new way to get stronger, more balanced, and become a powerhouse of energy while fine-tuning your practice… even if your body has thrown you a curveball.

  • Pilates

    Pilates will work on muscular imbalances in the body, improve strength and flexibility with an emphasis on the core. This is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body, lengthen the muscles, and feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

  • Spin

    This class is designed for ALL ages and fitness levels. Participants will receive a challenging 45-minute training that will build cardiovascular strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. Beginners are welcome!

  • Slow Flow Restorative Yoga

    Imagine flowing through a customized yoga sequence that builds stamina while giving you a deep sense of peace and flexibility… even if you’re recovering from an injury (or simply want a change of pace).

  • Stretch and Balance

    This class will focus on stretching all the major muscle groups. In addition, we will spend time on balance and stability exercises to enhance our activities of daily living.

  • Strength and Core

    Each 45-minute fitness class will be unique involving pieces of equipment to keep it challenging, energized and fun. All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications to all exercises will be available to accommodate individual needs.

  • Yoga

    A vinyasa-style yoga flow class. All are welcome from beginners to advanced. The class flows through different poses beginning with a short meditation/centering experience. Next, we get the body moving, incorporating moments of pause and breath connection, adding in balance and stillness, then finishing with supine poses as we flow into savasana with a gift of a little reiki sprinkled in. My hope is you leave feeling empowered, invigorated and relaxed with your mind and body in connection and ease.

  • Yoga: Deep Stretch

    Perfect for everyone wanting a personalized deep stretch... or to complement a hard-core workout. You'll increase flexibility, enhance balance and reduce pain! Even improve your golf, tennis or pickleball game while preventing injuries.
