What brought you to Island Rec? My kids' sports, and eventually I wanted to try the gym too.

What’s your favorite part about Island Rec? Friendly and hard working staff everywhere, desk, gym, pool, activities, all of it.

What’s your preferred type of exercise here? Rowing machine.

What do you do for a living? I run Longship Legal providing legal support and advising to scaling technology companies.  

Got any hobbies? What are they? Yes, fishing, reading, and repairing and running swim meet timing equipment.
